Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Fink Big. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account and billing information.

Core service

Fink Big provides tools to build and publish business websites, manage contacts, and send email campaigns. You control your website and campaign content and are responsible for its accuracy, legality, accessibility, privacy notices, rights clearances, and recipient permissions.

Free, trial, and paid plans

The Free plan may be used without a payment card within its published limits. Eligible paid plans may begin with a 14-day trial and renew until cancelled. Paid plans add the capabilities and capacity shown on the billing page. If paid access ends, paid features may stop while retained website, contact, and email records remain subject to the published downgrade and retention rules.

Contacts and email

You may collect contact details and send email only for lawful purposes. You must provide required notices, keep evidence of marketing permission, honor unsubscribe requests, and avoid purchased or improperly obtained lists. A website lead or transactional notification is not automatically permission to send marketing.

Availability and enforcement

We work to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or business results. We may restrict, suspend, or remove a site or account to address security, unlawful activity, material policy breaches, court orders, or threats to people or infrastructure. Where practical, we provide notice and a path to appeal.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Fink Big is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your content, visitor relationships, or third-party services.
