By using Fink Big, you agree to use the platform responsibly and only for lawful business activity. You are responsible for your workspace content, customer data, products, offers, campaigns, and connected third-party accounts.
You may not use Fink Big to send spam, misrepresent products, violate payment processor rules, infringe intellectual property, or collect data without the required consent. We may limit, suspend, or remove access when required to protect users, customers, infrastructure, or legal compliance.
Subscription billing, refunds, trials, and payment methods are handled through Stripe and the billing portal shown in your account. Connected Stripe accounts are governed by Stripe's own terms and policies.
The service is provided as a software platform. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific business outcomes.
