Privacy Policy

Fink Big processes the information needed to provide accounts, business websites, Brand Kits, team access, website leads, billing, security, and support.

Information we process

This can include account and company details, website content and media, domains, page and release history, team membership, contact-form submissions, billing status, support messages, device and security logs, and limited service usage data.

How we use it

We use information to operate and secure the service, host and publish websites, deliver account and new-lead notifications, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, meet legal duties, and improve reliability. Fink Big does not sell customer lead lists.

Service providers

Hosting, database, file-storage, email-delivery, authentication, observability, and payment providers process only the information needed for their services under appropriate agreements. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not included in workspace exports.

Workspace owners and visitors

The workspace owner decides what a public website collects and is responsible for an accurate visitor privacy notice and lawful handling of leads. A visitor seeking access or deletion should normally contact the business shown on that website; Fink Big can assist where appropriate.

Retention, export, and closure

Workspace owners can download a data export and request closure under Data & Privacy. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, while retaining limited billing, security, abuse, backup, or legal records where required. Backup copies age out through the normal retention cycle.
