Fink Big stores the information needed to provide workspaces, websites, commerce, contacts, email, billing, and support. That can include account details, workspace content, website form submissions, checkout records, connected integration metadata, and operational logs.
We use this information to operate the product, secure accounts, process payments, deliver messages, troubleshoot support requests, and improve reliability. We do not sell customer contact lists.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Email delivery, hosting, analytics, and other infrastructure providers may process data only as needed to provide their services.
Workspace owners are responsible for the contacts and content they collect through their own websites, products, forms, and campaigns. Contact us if you need help with access, deletion, or portability requests.
